ABSTRACT
In a few months the 11th version of the ICD will become officially revealed. It will bring about significant changes in the divisions and definitions of diagnostic categories and the classification of mental health disorders that affect the way psychopathology is considered. These changes have been gradually announced for several years in papers published in psychiatric journals, such as included in this issue work "From anxiety to compulsivity - a review of changes to OCD classification in DSM-5 and ICD-11". Changes in the perception of the nature of health disorders will also influence the way their psychotherapy is understood.
This important process of developing our therapeutic knowledge and practice requires paying a special attention to publications that justify changes in the understanding of disorders as well as reflection on the appropriateness and usefulness of these changes
