Within the recent years APP has developed as well recognised international journal, enabling wide exchange of knowledge, information and experiences concerning transcultural aspects of psychopathology as well as psychiatric and psychotherapeutic practice. For this reason we have decided to renew the publication of short information FROM EDITORS. We hope that this will create space not only to exchange information about editorial issues, but also that it could be a forum to steer broader reflection and discussion concerning the content of the published papers. In the past years many of them, like in this issue the paper on SHAI Polish translation and evaluation, have concerned the application of various research tools in different sociocultural conditions [1-6]. We invite you to reflect on the methodological benefits, challenges and difficulties of such scientific procedures. As we are proud the APP has been included into ESCI Web of Science, we are awaiting the Impact Factor, which depends on the number of citations. We would like to encourage you to use the APP plenitude of sources as an inspiration while preparing your own publications.
